  • How do I start service?

  • Do I have to be home when you scoop my yard?
    Nope! You can schedule your scoops to work with your schedule. We do ask that we can access the yard safely and, if your pets aren't used to visitors, to please keep them inside or crate them on service days.
  • Do I need to unlock my gate?
    We cannot climb or jump over fences to get into your yard. You may leave the gate unlocked on service days or provide us with a key/combination in order to gain access.
  • Can my pet(s) be in the yard when you service it?
    Yes! We love to meet our clients' furry friends! However, if your pet is uncomfortable with strangers or won't allow us to enter the yard, we ask that you keep them inside or crate them during our visit so that we can safely provide service.
  • How will I be billed?
    You choose how you receive monthly invoices. You will have the option of receiving Paypal, Email or Paper invoices at the end of each month for services previously rendered. Payments not received by the 21st of the month will accrue a $3.00 late fee. Payments can be made by personal check, bank draft, Paypal or Zelle.
  • What happens on holidays?
    Service will be provided on the day before or day after, depending on your regular service day. We do not provide service on Sundays.
  • Will you service my yard during bad weather?
    We work in most weather, but if heavy rain, lightening or snow causes us to miss a visit, we will make every attempt to do a make-up within 24-48 hours. If we cannot do a make-up, the next visit will be charged at 1.5 times the normal rate since there will be twice the amount of waste to take care of at that time. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Is Service Guaranteed?
    Yes! If you aren't satisfied with service, we will redo your yard at no additional cost. Just make sure to contact us within 24 hours of the visit.
